Hi all.

 

Anyone know why the server begins to lag when i turn on b3. I can see that each time the B3 send "status" to the server, is when the lag is reflected in the server. Any fix?

Can you give us some server details ? CPU + Ram (and which programms runs)

The requirements of the cpu is not the problem. It is a single dedicated PC to a server with 2 GB of RAM and 3.4 Ghz cpu. Win7 32bit. Internet connection of 50 mb down 5 mb up. I tried servers of the old AIW M1, M2, alterops, TeknoMW3, etc.. All are perfect with b3 on, but 4D1 is not running fine. Without b3 works perfect. Any help?

Exactly same problems! Lag due to b3.When i turn it off lag disappears.

RAM:24 gb

100Mb Up and Down

Ubuntu 10.04.4 with wine 1.4

 

I run 4 Urban Terror server with b3 and it works also fine :/

Same problem. I remember in aIW there were plans for a seperate RCON port, did that ever happen, and if so is it carried over?

Look for these in your b3.xml

Reduce the delay time, increase the lines_per_second. Experiment with it and hope that it fixes it

guys i had this problem too. I fixed it with removing -console from my startup line (this also uses less resources for me)

Thx. No lag due b3 now , but without "-console", dediwatcher no work fine. :cry:

You take console and it dose run without lag but it shoots cpu usage up to 60 % or more with one server.

 

Any way to do B3 and XLRstats without the lag and still use a little less cpu usage.
