Cannot start 4D1, need help

Whenever I start 4D1 an error pops up saying

"Could not connect to the configured server (damage.no-ip.info.). Possibly you've misconfigured alterIWnet.inj, or this server is actually down."

 

Anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?
