Server crashes when you shoot the bot or the bot shoots you.

Check your configs for that, and make sure its set to 1. I used to have that problem while using a COD4 Promod CFG, which put it at 0. I guess you could also put in that command and then doing /map_restart, although I might be wrong.

put it in the server.cfg, thats if u have access the to FTP

It happens when you shoot the sky with sv_clientsidebullets 0. Set it to 1.

Alot of mods dont work anymore, 1337mod used to work when 4D1 started, and now it doesnt. :?

Ahhh. So I'm a Dummy and tried copying my entire CoD4 Binds from my config to 4D1. l'll have to remove this command from my bind which includes color changes for the kill feed and chat.
