Completely off the Internet!! nothing works. I tried to fix the support center and I have a message from the network cable is not connected to a computer or router .... DAMMM all the time is.

 

Only kompa reset solves the problem but after restarting the game going in the same way every time ....

Just guessing here, check your .NetFramework settings.

Start->Turn Windows Features on/off-> Scroll to .NetFramework and see if the box is highlighted, and check if the HTTP Activation bit is ticked.

I had a similar problem sometime back in aIW, and it was because of my .netframework and my uploads being set to 1 in iw4mp.cfg, but after changing that to 0 the net resets stopped. But I don't know the equivalent for that cfg file in IW4M.

Also: Maybe some port forwarding is needed. Now I can't help you with that.
