/give does not exist in multiplayer, along with /noclip, /ufo and some others.

 

But if you are talking about Singleplayer and you are in a mission with an AC-130 (ONLY if, OTHERWISE the weapon DOES NOT exist WITHOUT .FF MODIFICATIONS, I do believe!) /give ac130_40mm will work.
