Each dedicated server uses around 350MB of RAM so you want to be aiming for 1GB minimum, really

That should run you a linux OS, 2 servers and B3 if you wanted

You may have a little bit of issue when the servers are full but you can figure that out when the time comes

To be sure you get the best experience, you'll need about 2GB of RAM

I got a 12 players server running on

a Pentium 3 800 MHz with 512Mb of ram,

runs very smootly with regular/hardcore match.

Get a bit slow with zombies with 4 players,

only when there is a lot going on in the game.

But I guess that good ventilation/ISP/Router/config helps.

It doesn't. If it over heats you'll prob get a blue screen or a restart. Which turns off the server unexpectedly.
