Hey my game crashes everytime I leave a server. Any suggestions?

 

I also get an error when I try to host a trickshot dummy mod, "IWD Sum/name mismatch."

That crash you get was patched in Revision 97 I think. And as for the TSD mod place it in the M2Demo folder in IW4M in AppData. I had the same problem with that mod and that solution worked for me. Just take the mod out of its folder first and rename the IWD to something like z_'nameofmod'.

 

The only downside to having the mod in the M2Demo folder is that the mod is loaded automatically everytime. So if you want to run the game without mods then you will just have to move the mod out of the folder.
