MW2 Running poorly.

So when ever I play on 4D1 I get like 30 fps and it's annoying. If I launch it without 4D1 I get MW2 at 90 FPS on High Graphics but with 4D1 I put everything on the lowest settings and still get no change. Can someone help me. I'm running on Win7 64-bit, 4 GB RAM, 2600K 2nd Gen Intel Core i7 , Nvidia GeForce GT 550M 2GB DDR5.
