Very unstable? It is not like a final release but it is pretty stable just like pre-release demo of iw4m2 was.

IDK, there are a LOT of people getting fatal errors.

Well you need a legit version of mw2 from steam as well.

Just put all the files in your installation directory and the raw.iwd into the /main folder.
