Setup Time- Under 2 hours after receiving an order, and confirming payment.

B3?- Included with all 16+ slot 4D1 Servers. (if under 16slots, there is a one time setup fee of $5)

Echelon?- Yes, upon request.

Rcon Access?- Yes.

FTP Access?- Yes, upon request.

Support?- Yes. Via Skype, xFire, Steam, and most importantly, our Public Teamspeak 3 Server.

Custom mods?- Yes. We have a team of dedicated devs which customize and create mods for private use. (note, custom mods are separate costs. we can quote based on required creation)

Uptime/Downtime?- We strive to be online as much as possible. We are usually at 99%+. So if ever we do have controlled(meaning, our fault) downtime, we discount affected customers for their next bill. We hate it as much as anyone else. If its downtime due to server maintenance, we will not discount for that.

The iSnipe server have the classic iSnipe or the iSnipe with Promod (= the scope don't move when you scope and when you fire) ?

I believe the mod currently on the server is Classic iSnipe. Though we have many different mods you can use. Our Mod Developers can build or customize many mods, to meet your needs.

Where are the severs located this might be an important thing to mention hum ?

You host your website on Enjin?

How come you don't have an actual website?

We have an actual website for our gaming clan. (running vB)

 

But in regards to the hosting, we are experimenting with WHMCS and other management software... but seeing how we only want to host FourDeltaOne Servers and COD4 Servers,... the enjin site will suffice for the moment. We don't want to go full blown gameserver provider... we just want to host some servers to help pay for our clan costs. Unfortunately, we're getting more orders than expected... gonna need to get a 3rd machine soon.

 

As for enjin, its crappy and you can't do much... but it'll do for now. A WHMCS website will be in the works soon.
