Judging by your UN, I say you are reporting cheaters xuid.

Also, just use the cheater report tool from aIW days.

/rcon login password

/rcon status

press shift + ` (console key)

Then scroll down and it will list them. Alternatively look in the alt tab console.

What I want to do is to use the /voteban and /votekick commands using the cheating player's clientid (which is a number between 0 and 11 for a twelve-slot server) as an argument. At this point, the clientid shows up periodically in the IW4 Console when the message "*** can get packets from client ***" appears.

 

Any ideas?

Again, just use status, unless someone makes a tool for it.

Go to texts after map loading. there is clients and their names sorted to 0-1-2-3 top to bottom.

you can find it by counting
