need help! can't join any game :( please

so i was playing 1 game today but when the round finish and start load another map i get stuck. it says that i'm disconnected from the server but after that i can't join any other game anymore :( it's stuck when i'm loading and on the console it says like this:

the map is loading but when it's full nothing happens. it's stuck and i can't do anything but closing the game

please help me because i'm really bored on this 2 months holiday :(
