Stats rest sometimes

Hey guys, I have a problem here.

Sometimes when my game crashed and I am forced to reload it, or when I exit the game on my own, my stats reset when I enter the game again.

By my stats, I mean my level and unlocks. It's not the file but do I have to enter the uploadstats command every time? They save most of the time but sometimes they don't. It's just a few levels and unlocks that gets reset.

Any help would be appreciated.
