If you mean does it cost to set up a dedicated server, then no, it does not cost.

If you on the other hand mean can you get a free host for your dedicated server, then it's a whole different thing.

i have a 24/7 server with 100mbs fibre connection and i would love to have something running on it

i have it to host my cloud server but since i dont use it too often it really doesnt have much work to do.
