Server Connection Problem?

Okay so recently, i have been trying to play an isnipe server, and i really enjoy playing them cause they are pretty fun for the most part. But whenever i join, i can play for 2 minutes, then it lags me out and all the servers in the server list disappears. It just started happening after i was banned from an ExP isnipe for "hacking" even though i wasnt, im just a good player XD They suspected i was hacking, banned me and now it seems i cant play anything.

I dont know why, its not my router or anything. Seriously, kick/banning me for a reason thats not even proven? Thanks if you can help :)
