My friend have open a sever but he doesn't know how to change sever commands etc.. etc.. i know some of you may find this a stupid question but could anyone link me or tell me the sever commands where i can change map rotation and etcc..?

make a server cfg. You can use cod4 one's and modify the maps. Just remember some maps aren't called what you think they are, e.g skidrow is mp_nightshift and wasteland is mp_brecourt. Here's an example..
