Error that occurs when I start the game

Hi all, I'm having a bit of trouble with 4D1. I have MW2 installed and I just installed the 4D1 and when I try to open up MW2. I get this error. I have no idea what to do, and I have tried googling the solution. Any help would be appreciated.
