So whenever I create a class it resets if I restart 4D1

Stats are bugged on your account then. Make a new account for now, and your classes and stats will save, and you can use EAM to set your stats also.

Delete all files in your players folder, make a new account, play some rounds and use EAM then. This method should be working 100%.

It saved 1 class out of my 10 classes

And you have removed the spinning skull emblem before importing your EAM stats right?
