Either your PC is blocking the connection to the NP server or the NP is down.

it should be online.

In case of the first scenario check your firewall and programs, that could be responsible for blocking it somehow.

You have aRev M1 client in the same folder? If yes try delete all files from 4D1 client and start updater, it's should help.

Well, then it's really someone clientside,that is blocking it.

Run the updater, but before delete all 4D1 files.
