Hell no! I don't want that vista bullshit! I wanted to upgrade to W7. But if I do that I couldn't run i game that i have whic requires 1 gb ram on xp, and 2 gb on 7. And I have 1GB ram

Then get Windows 8 Release preview. Great performance, only requires 1gb of ram.

Yeah, 1Gb for the operating system. Then you spend your days looking at the desktop (because you don't have any RAM left for loading anything else)

 

@OP: get some more RAM on that system. 1Gb is really getting short for nowadays applications.

last time i checked. You need money to buy ram. And I don't have any money. Well i have it , but i'm saving it so i can buy FIFA 13 and GTA 5 for my PS3 when they come out
