You never see your own server in the serverlist (if you're hosting it on the same pc where you client is running).

yes i was connecting with internal ip but it dont want to connect

Just try connecting with your internal IP ._.

Here is the same...maybe you did something wrong, check every steps again, a different letter or quotation marks which are not on his place... :roll:
