My Server won't appear in the Server list

I did everything and I can connect through /connect localip:port I port fowarded and everything but I can't find my server on my server list I can install mods but I can't find my server!!!

 

Server IP is 192.168.2.2:28961

 

Pleaaase help!

 

My OS is WIndows 7 Ultimate x64, my ram is 4 GB DDR3 my processor is intel core 2 duo 2.4 GHz and my gpu is Nvidia GeForce 320M 256 MB GDDR3 plz help!

    Chrome (Android)
