It's called Lagg (Too high ping)

You, or the server, was lagging like there's no tomorrow.

Lag. A common element which makes you stutter and such due to high packet loss.

i change servers about 20 times and i lagg all time while my ping 30...

and u can hear my friends and they dont lagging..

Maybe you or someone else on your local network are running p2p applications.

Anyway, get used to it I already got used to hit a guy with some 3 bullets, die, and then see on the killcam that I was already dead when I thought I was start shooting

Some other times I'm lucky. Seems that the guy escaped, but then when I think he managed to cover behind a wall, I get the notification that I killed him, because he was already dead when it seemed to me that he kept running. lol

I don't run p2p applications. It's just my internet connection that's crappy.

Thats not it. Thats when you experience lag on the game itself, not when playing on a server.

Sometimes I have exactly the same problem, to solve it I just ask my sister to stop torrents!

THIS. AND THIS. They have no idea how much it impacts gameplay.

I often get about 50 ping on servers and it jumps straight up to 100 and back to 50 again. If its only you on the internet then its your internet's fault. You can't really help that.
