Im new and need some Help :)

Hey Guys i have today started my journey with 4d1 and i like it but i have some Problems:

1:Sometimes it says that Steam Connection Lost and i get disconnected

2:After round in game is over it loads the next Map and theres the other Problem

It freezez my Mw2 and Window Closes

Waiting for Support :)
