Okay, I watched the video and it was pretty good!

 

If you're going to make a montage, add some colorcorrection and make the music fit for the shot!

There are lots of tuts on sony vegas and after effects on youtube.

The frameratelag is kind of annoying, so it's pretty bad to watch. I would suggest you getting a better PC or asking a friend to record the kills for you through the theatermode. The kills were amazing, so keep up the good work!

The kills seem kinda ok, they might probably look better with some editing (note the "some" does not stand for "ALLLL ED!T HAXX0R") The game seems to lag badly, if you are using Fraps, try switching to Dxtory or try lowering the resolution of your game or of the recording. It would be best to upgrade your PC, but that's a far reaching choice for most.
