But anyway, is it possible for me to host TWO mods? Mysql is set up, B3 is set up, server is way up and running, kills and deaths are being written to XLRstats and the website, so the entire chain is set up.

 

Thing is, I want a second server up in the server list, for another mod..

 

So, can I do that?

 

If so, how ofcourse

Create a new shortcut, change the port, change the mod

also change the server.cfg (create a new one and point at the new one in the server paramaters)

Copy and paste your b3.xml and then change the port and log files in the new config

Make a b3 shortcut then add "-c "conf/"" to the target

done

Everything got set up, only one thing:

 

For some reason, the second i run the second B3, i tells me the computer is already using this service, and can't run it again?

 

What's up with that?

This is the path for the second B3 server:

 

C:\BigBrotherBot\b3_run.exe "-c"conf/b3second.xml"

 

The path for the IW4M second server:

 

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2\iw4m.exe" +set party_maxplayers 8 +set net_port 28962 +exec server2.cfg +map mp_rust +map_rotate -dedicated -console +set fs_game "mods/AIE1.8.1"

 

 

Also, I'm able to run the second server for i4wm, but it doesn't show up online for some reason

Change the b3 shortcut to:

C:\BigBrotherBot\b3_run.exe -c "conf/b3second.xml"

and portforward 28962

The server is now visible

 

But B3 still says this:

Windows Error 32: Service is already being used.. etc

 

I can't seem to run 2x B3 bot's at a time

 

Or does running the shortcut, run both of them?

no, make a shortcut for the first one, as well

Okay i'm running the first shortcut containing:

 

C:\BigBrotherBot\b3_run.exe -c "conf/b3.xml"

 

And the second one containing:

 

C:\BigBrotherBot\b3_run.exe -c "conf/b3second.xml"

 

 

still says the application is already running, so i can't run the second shortcut, what seems to be wrong?

close both then tun the second one first, then the first one second

I've changed all the ports in the .xml's, and the different gamelogs for the different bots,

 

But it just seems the program can't be run twice, that's all :/

 

They both refer to the base "b3_run.exe" though, it just doesn't open it twice, any idea?

EDIT: I just changed one thing:

 

I created the path to write the B3.log, and changed it in the second XML to B3second.log..

Everything seems to be functional now, testing!

oh yeah, forgot about the log, lol
