I can't start the IW4M

hey guys, when i'm starting the (IW4M) it is telling me that.....Your current Steam account does not own Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Please purchase the game or try another Steam account.....please help what i suppose to do ?

    B: Set steam profile to public.
