Whenever I try to join one of toolbox's servers, e.g his Rush server, my game crashes

I have installed the game from the disk, so I thougt I wouldn't be missing any files....

But am I still missing some?

Well, my game crashes too, but that's because i have the MP rip. As of your problem, what error does it give you? Does it give you a map.ff not found error?

Custom maps are a bit demanding in hardware. You should have atleast 4Gb of RAM, to start.

Try lowering your texture quality to the minimum and see if you can launch those maps with that config.

I have 8gig of dominator ddr3-1866 ram

Phenom II x6 1055T @ 4.02 Ghz

Radeon 6870

 

So I guess my computer should be able to hande it?

But it is just, when I double click in the server list, I get that "lobby" screen and it freezes.
