You've posted the same topic twice. Be most specific with your problem. Show screenshots, and tell a bit more detail instead of something like that.

He doesn't understand English, he doesn't know his mother tongue (dutch) it can't be helped.

I think you should take someone's help and explain your problem. Then we can help you
