So everything was nice and merry until i decided to go to sleep yesterday. I woke up (didn't shut down my PC at night) and opened up hex-chat which was minimized. I saw that there were literally hundreds of disconnects in the log. I was pretty confused at first, but then i said "fuck it" and went on to play a game of IW5M. 5 minutes into the game, everyone became still, and i had "lost connection". I closed the game and started MW2, same problem. So i started a download and looked at the speed constantly, and sure enough, after every two minutes or so, the speed fell to 0kb/s before going up again the next second or so.

I tried using google, restarted both my router and PC and i still can't find out what to do and its annoying as shit. Any help?

Are you using hamachi or any other network tunneling service installed? Try going to your network preferences>adapter settings and then disabling all but lan and wireless.

Didn't have any such services installed. There was a Wireless 2 adapter, so i disabled it. That didn't do anything. Oh, and since i forgot to mention, i use WiFi for using the internet, and its not quite possible for me to get an ethernet cable to connect to my PC, it never gave me problems before.
