Yes you can, but on Tiger that would be difficult, since it is a bit outdated.

 

You need to get wine and winetricks installed on that system, search the internet on how to install and use wine. Then you can start the dedicated server, just like on windows, via the wine command.

 

If you want a nice and easy GUI, get Crossover. It is basically wine, but is much easier to use, but not free. Maybe you can find a older version of crossover for mac on the internet.

Just use Bootcamp to install Win7 and you're ready to run a server/play the game from your Mac.

It has you just need to download it. It is just not pre-installed.

Then installing the server is impossible anyways. You need to have an intel mac for wine, crossover and bootcamp.
