I understand that ProDiiGy did one for aIW2 that still works for 4D1, but for people who want to watch shorter versions:

Just thought I'd help out and give a visual aid to anyone who may need help with recording demos :P

The only thing I didn't cover was movie configs, since I've never used with them yet and I'd rather not try making a tutorial for something I've never used.
