How do I crop my DEMOS to look like this??? (PIC)

[attachment=0]Untitled.png[/attachment]So.. I know how to use cfgs and how to play demos and stuff.. but mine still have the HUD and stuff. I play in 1366xsomething.. and I want to make my clips look like this...
