Exceeded limit of 64 (Server) Not Fixxed in R17

Ok so we get this error when starting up dedi server before the R17 update the server started fine but now we get this error,

That problem is fixed in r17..

Yes been told that soo before the server was working i updated to R17 but we are now getting this error. i dunno maybe some wrong files or something?

Ok guys just went on IRC someone told me to do a fresh install of the original steam files and just download the DLC and it is now working.
