Cannot connect to any server!!

Hey guys.

 

When i try to join a server, it says connecting, but then it takes to long and an error comes up saying "Server Connection Timed Out"

 

This happens to every server i try to join... so please how can i fix this.

im using the RELOADED version of Mw3 :)

    seems alot of people are having the two same problems . im having the one where it stays at " connecting to online services " . its annoying because i was just playing and it started doing that .
