I'm not sure if it will break the dedicated server functionality, but in the old aIW times there were 'empty IWD files', so your dedicated server wouldn't be very big. Now I'm going to setup an Terminal-only server, and host it at someone else, but it'd be handy if the dedi files weren't so big.

I got here a null IWD pack that I once grabbed for MW3 stock IWDs

You'll have to use the full DLC IWDs since I never found those nulled IWDs anywhere.
