EAM not working?

Hey, kinda new to the 4D1 scene and now I'm trying to get my account transfered from MW2 on steam to 4D1 as getting every single pro perk is going to take a lot of time (especially Sitrep Pro). However when I start MW2 from steam (by going into Library and clicking "Play) and try to click the export button on EAM, it only says "Game needs to be running". In other words, I'm not able to export my MW2 profile on steam to 4D1.

 

Any ideas on what to do?

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)

    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
