System.NullReferenceException Object reference

at DBNupdater.Utilities.URLExist(string url)

at DBNUpdater.Updater.(CacheContentFILE)

when i click the Lauchiw5mp ,after a few second's update ,it pop up this error and terminate

here are my files. ok after i delete all tekno files,still not working
