Private match doesn't work as of now. Ask your friends to join a said server, or start your own. The dev team will probably get it working soon, so make the compromise.

it would be really cool if you guys would make matchmaking for faceoff maps.....

there is no real faceoff game modes,, only tdm ffa and other game modes of the faceoff maps.

PRIVATE match.

The only way to join a private match is by connecting to the host's ip from the console.

Matchmaking WON'T BE DONE. It works preety well on Steam's version of the game. Use it there.
