Problema raro!!!

Hola Comunidad

te comento que me susede lo siguiente, entro al juego bien y me conecto de diez, estoy jugando una partida y de a nada se desconecta del servidor, esto en cualquier server que me conecte, en algunos pasa unos 5 minutos en otros es a los pocos segundo, eh deshabilitado mi antivirus y el firewall ye el problema sigue. Alguna idea de que puede ser??
