You can use COD Rcon Tool with IW5M. It's a little limited in it's function, but it will let you kick and send rcon commands via console.

I dont know why. Changed the ports, tried differents ports numbers and etc and nothing.

Any idea why?

 

PS. I am using the newest version that runs on MW2.
