Even on Steam MW3, alt-tabbing is usually disabled. I think it was implemented so that the host couldn't lag the game - when the host is alt-tabbed, the game usually lags pretty hard.

 

It would be pretty cool to see alt-tab support implemented into IW5M. You can still just Ctrl-Alt-Del, but it isn't as simple.

TOMMY BOY, alt+esc is made for that hahahaha!!!

Settings>Video settings>Fullscreen(No Border) there you go.

Make the game fullscreen without any borders and you can alt-tab like the game wasn't even there.
