Server connect problems

Hey, neither me or my friend can connect to my server. I'm running iSnipe but the mod loads fine. My server is running B3. It's liek this:

I see the server in the SL, but we cant connect through external ip, and I cant connect via internal ip either. It just stopped working today.....
