Sorry for reopening a post with the same topic as others already have, but they never got closed or a clear answer, so my question is now: is it possible to import my steam lvl and unlocks to 4D1?

This was already answered, and NO, it will get you a ban.

No, since the steam stats are easily hackable and importing those will be the same thing as level hacking. You do however have x4 XP, so you can level up four times faster than usual and could reach your previous rank faster.
