Different demo problem.

So i recorded a nice demo and replayed it once and it played fine.

The second time i tried to open the demo by typing in "demo demoname" in the console, my game crashes.

I would then have to open up command prompt and force end the task there.

I though of what would happen if i tried to type in "demo demoname" into the console window that opens while the game is running. I get an error message that says this

I tried nearly everything from reinstalling the whole game, doing demofixes, and more console commands

any help?
