My friend and I recently were working on making a server and we ran into a few problems.

At first we couldn't figure out how to change the name but we fixed that by typing some stuff in the server console. We still have two big problems. The map rotation wont work. No matter what we change everything at the bottom of the default.dpsl it still goes to random maps playing Team Defender. None of the map in the server rotation we wrote are TDEF nor or any of the maps it plays. What is the problem and do you know any solutions? The bottom of our .dpsl look like

*,TDM default,1

map mp_bravo,TDM default,2

(other map name),TDM default,2

and so on....

 

Any help would be SUPER GREATLY appreciated!

I had the same problem, someone help

First, make sure that the server.cfg that you're using with the server is actually launching default.dspl

seta sv_maprotation "default"

Then, make sure that Team Deathmatch is the defined gametype in the recipe file.

gameOpt gametype "war"

Also, I think that the recipe file name can't have a space... Try "TDM_default.dsr" instead of "TDM default.dsr"

One of these will fix your problem.
