Error when i start LAUNCHIW5M

The error is: the procedute eentry point _AIL_set_room_type@8 could not be located in the dynamic link library mss32.dll i have already tried to delete caches.xml and starting as administrator and it wont work

    mss32.dll is a file on the root of the game's installation.

    Either try to get that file from a friend and replace the one you have there, or make a Steam check and delete caches.xml afterwards or reinstall the game somehow.
