Solution:

 

1. Restart your PC

2. Move the folder somewhere, but not in program files (desktop maybe)

3. Delete .deco file

4. right click on the launchiw5m.exe

5. go to properties

6. if read only is fill click on it and this will disable the "read only"

    As far as I'm aware its only the master server being down? Restarting your game and even your PC should fix it. http://s.mufff.in/status
