Personally, I like how they're using the element of surprise scenarios from MW3, but it seems too scripted! It's good on it own way, you're basically "watching" a movie with a friend, except you're the two main characters.

It looks like a combine game of this -> CODMW3 + BF3 + Ghost Recon
