Hey guys i'm having a problem. Ever since the servers came back up i'm not able to change my weapons. They are all blacked out and cant be chosen even though i'm nearly to prestige. Before the server went down i had no problem. Anyone know how to fix this?

English version ? And yes, I saw that it worked before.

Yes it's the English version. Not sure what the problem is.

are you talking about ingame, or in create-a-class? Because server restrictions can disable your custom classes from being used.

Yes they do, but classes just show as blocked, no black squary stuff.

i actually did look first and didn't see it so i posted this and about 30 min later someone posted the same problem and got that for an answer. So i went to look again and there it was. I guess i looked too fast the first time. Sorry guys and thanks!

Not a problem i dont mind.

 

Go into your M.W.3 folder and you'll see a file called caches.xml. This is your problem if your on the english version and all you need to do is delete it. This will fix your Create A Class problem where you're not able to choose any weapons because they are all blacked out.

Go into your M.W.3 folder and you'll see a file called caches.xml. This is your problem if your on the english version and all you need to do is delete it. This will fix your Create A Class problem where you're not able to choose any weapons because they are all blacked out.

That just means you haven't updated the game ._. deleting caches.xml allowes your game to force update again.
